By using Fibster (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Fibster is a free multiplayer party game where players write fake definitions for obscure words and try to fool each other. The game is played in real-time through shared sessions.
When using Fibster, you agree to:
We do our best to keep Fibster running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.
The Fibster name, design, and code are our property. The word definitions used in the game are sourced from public domain dictionaries. Content you submit during gameplay (fake definitions) is temporary and not stored.
Fibster is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost data, interrupted gameplay, or disputes between players.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
